When you sign up using Google Sign-In, we collect your name, email address, and profile photo (if available). We also store basic account information such as your district and account creation date.

If you choose to upload a profile photo separately within the app, we store that image. We do not collect any information beyond what is needed to provide the app’s features.

How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account
• To personalize your learning experience (Notes, Quiz results, Dashboard, Leaderboard)
• To send you notifications about new content, Live Quizzes, and important updates
• To provide customer support when you contact us

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

Data Storage

Your data — including your account details, quiz results, and any photos you upload — is stored securely using Google Firebase, a trusted cloud platform. We take reasonable technical measures, including access-controlled security rules, to protect your information from unauthorized access.

Notifications

With your permission, the app sends push notifications (for example, about new Live Quizzes or new study material) using Firebase Cloud Messaging. You can turn notifications off at any time from your phone’s system settings or from within the app’s Preferences.

Third-Party Services

The app uses Google Sign-In and Firebase Authentication for login. These services have their own privacy policies governing how they handle your data during the sign-in process.

Your Choices

You can update your profile information (name, photo, district) at any time from the “My Profile” section of the app. You may also log out of your account, or permanently delete your account, at any time from the app’s settings.

Children’s Privacy

Study Plus 12th is designed for Class 12 students preparing for board exams. We do not knowingly collect more information than necessary from any user, regardless of age.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.

Who Can Use the App

Study Plus 12th is intended for Class 12 (Bihar Board and other boards) students and educators for educational purposes.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that happens under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your profile.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to copy, redistribute, or resell any content from the app (notes, question banks, quizzes, PDFs) without permission. You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to access other students’ accounts, or disrupt the app’s normal functioning, including during Live Quiz sessions.

Content Accuracy

While we make every effort to keep notes, questions, and answers accurate and up to date, Study Plus 12th does not guarantee that all content is completely free of errors. Students should use the app as a supplementary study aid alongside their official textbooks and classroom guidance.

Availability

We aim to keep the app available at all times, but access may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control.

Changes to the App or These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service, or add, change, or remove features of the app, at any time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
