How to delete your account (in-app)
- Open the StudyPlus 12th app on your phone.
- Tap on My Profile.
- Tap the Delete Account button.
- Confirm the deletion when prompted.
What gets deleted
- Your profile information (name, email, phone number, district)
- Your quiz results and leaderboard history
- Your login and app usage records
- Your saved preferences and notification settings
Data retention
Once your account deletion is confirmed, all of the data listed above is permanently removed from our systems within 7 business days. We do not retain any personal data after this period.
